To sign up for RIM BlackBerry Technical Support add your total number of active BlackBerry
devices on your account under 'Per User Fee' then add the number of
BlackBerry servers you manage (usually 1) under 'Per Server Fee', select 'Add To Cart' and add the Annual Program Fee.
Within
a few hours of your purchase, you will receive a welcome package from
RIM by email. You will be provided with a TSUPPORT SUBSCRIBER NUMBER
that gives you direct access to RIM Technical Support. You will also be
asked to provided your SRP ID and NAMED CALLERS. Please consult with
your IT Administrator before purchasing this product.
