Upgrade to the v4.3.0 Device Software here. Before you download the Device Software, you'll need to downloaded the Blackberry Desktop Manager on your PC first.  The Desktop Manager is required to upload Device Software to your BlackBerry. Also, don't forget to activate Media Card Support and Mass Storage Support Mode in your Options > Media Card menu.
