USA Order Processing -
All FedEx and US Mail orders received by BlackBerry Gadgets will be shipped within 24 hours based on availability of the item. If you place an order after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time your order will be prepared for shipment the following day. Although our St. Louis, MO Fulfillment Center is centrally located in the U.S., we ask that you please allow 3-5 working days for a FedEx Ground delivery and 7-10 working days for a US Mail delivery. If you do not receive your item on time please let us know, so we can track it down for you.
FedEx Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight and 2nd Day orders are prepared immediately and shipped the same day. If you choose this method after 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time your order will ship the following day. FedEx does NOT pick-up orders from our facility on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

(USPS) United States Postal Service Rates -
- USPS First Class $2.95 Flat rate
All orders received will be shipped within 24 hours as mentioned above. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. USPS provides an order confirmation number of your order 'in transit' and 'delivered'. There is no guaranteed delivery date with USPS. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 working days, however it can take up to 15 days for an order to reach its destination. All orders received will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours. Please only use US Mail when time is not very important.
Additional Shipping Information -
Although the shipping methods we use, FedEx and the United States Postal Service provide reliable service to our customers, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to “Acts of God”. If an ice storm grounds the Fed Ex airplane, or impassable snow drifts block the mail delivery trucks, or a flood closes the highway, or another such weather condition occurs, you may not get your package on time. We are not responsible for these shipping delays in these circumstances.
BlackBerry Gadgets will not held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Refused Packages/ Undeliverable Packages -
Shipping charges are non-refundable for customers who refuse packages or provide incomplete address information or no recipient at the shipping location provided.
International Shipping -
Internationally
shipped orders can be subject to additional customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. BlackBerry Gadgets assumes no responsibility for these fees.
APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, and Guam ship US Mail International. Shipping via US Mail International is NOT Trackable. We are not responsible for any US Mail that does not get to you. We provide this shipping method as a courtesy to you. All taxes, duties, levis and additional import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
